The firm of Ayeye & Co is a registered firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers, duly registered by the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Company and Allied Matters Act, 1990 in pursuant to Section 659 with BN 2067610 and registered by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON) as prescribed under Act 24 No 1975, now LFN E13 2007 as well as the Nigerian Institutions of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) with firm No. F 0650. We are quite effective form our concentrated bases and can always pull together best in the industry at a moment’s notice.

Dr.Victor Makanjuola Ayeye is an accomplished professional & astute business leader.
He holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Estate Management from Osun State College of Technology (OSCOTECH) Esa Oke where he emerged as the Best Graduating Student in Year 2000 . He was honoured by the Faculty of Environmental Studies as the Most Valuable Alumnus (MVA) in Year 2012 & later awarded with the highest honour of the Institution, a Fellowship Award (Honoris Causa)in Year 2019.
He acquired a Master in Public Administration
(MPA) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology ,(LAUTECH) Ogbomosho Oyo State & another Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Specialisation in Leadership & Strategy from the prestigious University of Birmingham, England, United Kingdom.
Dr Victor M. Ayeye acquired a Doctorate of Philosophy in Leadership & Public Administration from International Leadership, Manpower & Management Development (ILMMD)England & Wales, United Kingdom & also holds a Doctoral Fellowship Award from Chattered Institute of Human Resource Management.
Victor
is an alumnus of the prestigious Birmingham Business School (BBS) , United Kingdom and has attended & delivered lectures in seminars both locally & internationally.
He is a Fellow of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS) , Fellow of Corporate Administration Institute (FCAI), Fellow of Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC) , Fellow Charttered Institute of Human Resource Management (FCIHRM), Distinguished Fellow of Institute of Leadership, Manpower and Management Development (DFILMMD), Certified Human Resource Consultant (CHRC), Certified Management Consultant (CMC) & Registered Surveyor & Valuer (RSV) with Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registation Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON).
ESV Victor Ayeye cut his professional teeth at the firm of RCO Okafor & Co ( a subsidiary of RCO Properties & Co)Victoria Island, Lagos where he rose through the ranks to become the Pioneer Abuja Branch Manager before resigning to start the practice of Ayeye & Co. in 2009.
Victor Ayeye is the Founding Partner/CEO of Ayeye & Co ( Estate Surveyors & Valuers) , Chairman/CEO of Kings Care Universal Schools Abuja , Lead Consultant for Superior Mind Global Resources, Executive Chairman, Tripple G Worldwide Investment Ltd & Board Member , Whitefield Hotels Ltd .
He also served as a Board Member of Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria.
Ayeye has a passion to see followers become leaders through mentoring , modelling & monitoring.
VMA is a recipient of numerous awards & honours for outstanding performances in different quarters.
He is currently the Pastor in Charge of RCCG Covenant House Zone Abuja where he presides over the Zonal HQ & supervises a cluster of Parishes & Area HQ.
Pastor Victor Ayeye is happily married to Olubunmi Damilola Ayeye & the union is blessed with children.
